I specialize in placing senior Finance & Accounting leaders & their teams across the West Coast. My focus is building genuine relationships on both sides of the search: understanding what a company needs, and what a candidate wants in their next move. I truly enjoy learning about people's stories and being a part of their journey as a recruitment advisor.

🎯 Background
My career started at Accenture in San Francisco in 2019, where I joined their campus recruiting apprenticeship program in lieu of the traditional college route. Here, I built sourcing partnerships and placed candidates across the US in the Technology and Management Consulting practices. In 2021, I followed my wife to Savannah, Georgia while she finished school and bought my first property while I was at it. We then moved to New York City in 2023 for the next phase of our careers and to finish my degree. In New York, I landed at Grata, working in fintech sales and finance and getting deep into the M&A world while taking courses in the evenings. That curiosity led me to a deal sourcing role at a small buy-side advisory firm. In December 2025, I graduated magna cum laude with a BBA in Finance from Baruch College's Zicklin School of Business. Shortly after, my wife and I sold everything and drove cross-country to Los Angeles to be closer to family. I was drawn to executive recruiting because it builds on everything I've done and gives me the chance to do what I enjoy most — being a connector between great opportunities and great people.

🏖 Outside of Work
I train Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and currently hold a blue belt in BJJ. When I'm not at the gym, I'm hiking with my 9-year-old Australian cattle dog named Tea, at the beach with my wife, and exploring new Latin and Asian restaurants around LA. I love being out in nature and diving into every ocean, lake, and stream I come across.
