Executive Assistant to the C-level
Position Overview
Our client is looking for a highly skilled, proactive Executive Assistant to partner closely with their C-level leader in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on anticipation, organization, and impact—serving as a trusted right hand who helps keep priorities on track and operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the calendar, meetings, and day-to-day logistics with accuracy, discretion, and efficiency
Coordinate domestic travel, including itineraries and logistics; occasional travel may be required (approximately twice per year)
Prepare the direct report for meetings by organizing agendas, capturing detailed notes, tracking action items, and ensuring timely follow-up
Draft and manage professional correspondence on behalf of the direct report, including emails, documents, and internal communications
Act as a trusted gatekeeper and point of contact between the direct report and internal and external stakeholders
Anticipate needs, proactively solve problems, and adapt quickly in a dynamic, evolving business environment
Support special projects and strategic initiatives, with increasing scope and responsibility over time
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrative professional, or in a similar role supporting senior leadership
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to prioritize effectively, think quickly, and remain composed under pressure
Comfortable working in a high-growth environment with fluctuating workloads
Demonstrated professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion in handling confidential information
Strong written and verbal communication skills
