FP&A Analyst

State

Floral Park, NY

Specialism

Healthcare

We're partnering with a rapidly growing, private equity-backed healthcare organization on the search for an FP&A Analyst to join its finance & strategy team.

Over the past decade, the company has grown from a single location into a market-leading multi-site platform across multiple states. Backed by supportive investors and led by a highly regarded executive team, the business continues to expand through both organic growth and acquisitions.

Reporting directly to the SVP of Finance, this is a unique opportunity for an ambitious analyst to gain exposure far beyond traditional FP&A. You'll work on everything from budgeting and forecasting to M&A analysis, operational performance, strategic initiatives, and executive-level decision support.

The environment is fast-paced and demanding, but for the right person it offers tremendous learning opportunities and career growth.

What you'll be doing:

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting across a large and growing multi-site business
  • Help maintain and enhance complex financial models used to support planning, growth initiatives, and strategic decision-making
  • Analyze performance across operating locations, identifying trends, risks, opportunities, and key drivers of profitability
  • Prepare presentations, reporting packages, and analysis for senior leadership and investors
  • Partner with leadership on acquisition analysis, integration activities, and other strategic projects
  • Assist with business case development, ROI analysis, and operational improvement initiatives
  • Support process improvement efforts across reporting, planning, and financial analysis
  • Work closely with executive leadership on ad hoc projects ranging from financing initiatives to long-term growth planning

What we're looking for:

  • 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, consulting, corporate finance, or a similar analytical environment
  • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Someone who enjoys operating in a fast-moving environment and is willing to roll up their sleeves when needed
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with senior stakeholders
  • Healthcare experience is a plus but not required

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to accelerate their development, gain broad exposure across finance and strategy, and work alongside a leadership team that genuinely invests in mentoring and developing talent.
