We're partnering with a well-established insurance company, on the search for a Senior Financial Analyst to join their growing Finance team.

What you'll be doing:

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Partner with business leaders to support strategic initiatives and decision making
• Prepare reporting packages and provide insights on financial performance
• Analyze trends, risks, and opportunities while translating financial results into actionable recommendations for leadership
• Develop and improve reporting, dashboards, and planning tools
• Collaborate closely with Accounting and Financial teams to drive process improvements
• Serve as a trusted business partner, helping leaders understand financial performance and future implications

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
• 4-7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting
• Advanced Excel modeling skills
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Ability to communicate financial insights to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
• Financial services or insurance experience is a plus
