As a leading global technology services firm, our client is looking for a Finance Manger to support financial planning, and analysis (FP&A), and as well as some accounting financials within the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate financial information effectively to stakeholders at both the business unit and the parent company. Detailed knowledge of sales compensation structures and the ability to perform compensation modeling and analysis is a critical aspect of this role. Reporting to the CFO, some other responsibilities will include budgeting and forecasting, financial modeling, financial statements and reporting, supporting month end close and P&L reporting/analysis. With presence in over 70 market both domestic and internationally, this is an exciting opportunity for a rising Finance professional seeking a dynamic next step in their career!

Requirements:

• Bachelors in Finance or related field
• 7+ years of financial accounting analysis or FP&A in a larger corporate environment
• Experience with the accounting aspect (month end support, reconciliations, journal entries, etc.) with regards to billing and payroll (compensation)
• Previous experience in sales commission structures, communicating with sales professionals and the ability to interface with corporate executives regarding budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc reporting
• Must have experience with multiple financial reporting and ERP systems
• Strong written and verbal communication

Preferred:

• Corporate finance or business finance consultation experience ideal; position will be involved strategic finance initiatives and business partnership
• Experience in a sales focused company, professional services, or related industries
• Financial compliance and policy development
