Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have significant public accounting experience and exposure to international tax issues. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with tax regulations, optimizing tax strategies, and providing high-level tax advisory services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation and review of federal, state, and international tax returns for various entities, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
  • Provide expert guidance on international tax matters, including cross-border transactions, transfer pricing, and foreign tax credits.
  • Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize client tax liabilities and enhance financial efficiency.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to analyze tax implications of business operations and transactions.
  • Stay updated on tax law changes and assess their impact on clients and the firm.
  • Mentor and train junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Assist in managing client relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and trust.
  • Support audit processes and respond to tax inquiries from relevant authorities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree in Taxation preferred.
  • CPA designation required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. tax laws, regulations, and international tax principles.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
