About the Client:
Our client is a Group of companies with a complex structure of investments, operations and subsidiaries which has grown a lot over the past few years and manages its corporate operations out of Irving, TX. They manage a broad range of businesses across Investment Management, Industrials, Oil & Gas, Healthcare, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Technology.
Overview of the Role:
- You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting for high volume, routine transactions of the organization as well as driving performance analysis, internal reporting, and compliance activities for the organization and other entities within our enterprise.
- This position requires strong leadership, operational accounting expertise, and the ability to manage complex financial processes involving multiple legal entities, intercompany transactions, working capital accounts (A/R, AP).
- You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and transparency of the financial reporting and closing activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Master's degree or CPA qualification is an advantage.
- At least 8-10 years of experience in an Accounting leadership role, with an emphasis on operational accounting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and compliance standards.
- Advanced expertise in relevant platforms, such as D365, Blackline, Medius Buy, and Concur.
