Responsibilities for Finance Manager:
- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (project cost, analysis, invoicing, and other transactions)
- Develop and execute financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for regional projects.
- Analyze financial performance, variances, and trends to provide actionable insights to management and Corporate finance.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure financial objectives align with operational goals.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting.
- Assist Corporate Finance with analysis of P&L related to the region and input for cash flow projections, as needed.
- Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior company leadership.
- Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests.
- Monitor project costs, analyze cost drivers, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
Qualifications for Finance Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA or MBA a plus
- 5-8 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis
- Proven experience in financial management, preferably in the construction or field service industry.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information.
- Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners.
