Hoxton Circle has partnered with a local pharmaceutical client in King City in south Monterey county to complete an interim/contracted project for the Accounting team. The role will partner and work directly with the company Controller and is estimated between 1-2 months with an opportunity for extension based off candidate performance. Project Duties:

• Process PTO calculations
• Set up fixed assets GL cards in MS Dynamics.
• Compute depreciation schedules.
• Obtain PTO reports from the payroll service
• Completed some of the missing calculations from PTO reports

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience working in full-cycle accounting, including month-end.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience with fixed assets and calculating depreciations schedules.
