Temporary-to-Hire Accounting Professional

A well established manufacturing firm in Los Angeles seeks a skilled Accounting professional to support their growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This temporary-to-hire role offers a flexible schedule with the potential for full-time employment.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll manage essential accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, expense tracking, and financial reporting. Key duties involve entering vendor invoices, coding expenses accurately, processing vendor payments, and reconciling credit card and bank accounts. You’ll also collaborate with our off-site CPA on tax preparation and year-end close. Additional tasks include preparing weekly financial reports, filing, and general office support.

Qualifications

• We’re looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual with at least 2 years of bookkeeping and accounting experience.
• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting is desirable but not required.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential, and familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (ERP) is a plus.
• Knowledge of GAAP and experience in a manufacturing environment are also beneficial.
