A growing Financial Services company in West LA is adding an Accounting Manager to their tenured and established Accounting & Finance team. This role is targeted for quick growth and will have direct communication with all C level executives and have the opportunity to partake in strategic meetings. This is a great opportunity for someone that does not want to work in a siloed department and be able to learn and grow quickly with a company that is growing 25% year over year.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• At least 5 years accounting experience with 3 years in the financial services industry
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience bringing process optimization
• Experience managing a small team
• Bachelors degree in related field, MBA highly preferred
• CPA highly preferred

Job Duties:

• Full G/L management
• Work with CFO to complete financial statements
• Account reconciliations
• Manage month end
• Assist with audits
