Established and growing manufacturing company is searching for an Accounts Payable Specialist. This role will join an Accounting team of 6 and spearhead the entire AP process.

Job Duties:

• Review, process and approve invoices daily
• Process invoices for payments using a 3 way match
• Set up new vendors
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Credit Card reconciliations
• Meet monthly closing
• Maintain excellent vendor relationships

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 1-3 years of Accounts Payable experience
• strong attention details
• excellent customer service skills
