We're partnering with a PE-owned holding company growing rapidly via an acquisition rollup strategy. The group is projecting a 4x on acquired businesses by EOY and a 2.5x on annual revenue, so you'll be playing a key part in a very high growth environment.

In this project-focused role, you'll report to the VP Finance and support the integration of newly acquired companies, standing up accounting functions and developing a groupwide reporting cadence. This will require you to liaise with multiple cross-functional teams, lead conversations with management at acquired companies and review relevant support to identify cash-to-accrual adjustments and other US GAAP adjustments (particularly revenue, leasing and inventory) post-close.

What we're looking for:

  • Public accounting background and CPA preferred
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, ASC 805, ASC 606, and inventory accounting required
  • Extensive M&A integration experience required
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and execute in a fast changing environment
  • Top tier communication skills and ability to connect with stakeholders from various backgrounds and functions
  • Willingness to travel to newly acquired companies for initial onboarding
