Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all financial operations: reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, audits, and internal controls
Manage 3 General Accountants, 2 AP team members, and dotted-line oversight of AR team
Own and improve accounting systems and processes for increased accuracy and efficiency
Be a true business partner across departments, supporting decision-making with reliable financial insights
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
8+ years of experience, including 3+ in a leadership role
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs a must!)
Confident communicator and hands-on leader—ready to dive in and own your lane
Bonus points for CPA, MBA
Compensation & Perks:
Competitive Salary: $100K–$140K + discretionary bonus
