We are seeking an Associate Director of Client Finance with 8+ years of experience in finance, corporate FP&A, and revenue recognition. This role offers the opportunity to oversee financial operations in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, with a focus on cost management and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Forecast, analyze, and present revenue figures in line with GAAP and internal policies.
- Perform variance analysis and collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and reforecasting.
- Track media vendor expenditure and assist with intercompany checks.
- Partner with client leads to resolve billing, invoicing, and payment issues.
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with SOX requirements.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of progressive professional experience in finance and accounting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong background in FP&A, revenue recognition, and client-facing roles.
- Experience in media, advertising, or marketing services is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros), with strong analytical skills.
- Familiarity with Workday, SAP, and Mediaocean is a plus.
