About the Role: As the Billing Manager, you’ll oversee the entire billing cycle, from invoicing to collections. You’ll lead and mentor a team of billing specialists while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and improving revenue cycle efficiency. Your ability to analyze billing data, resolve payment issues, and generate valuable insights will be key to the success of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end billing process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and collections
• Supervise and mentor a team of billing specialists, fostering productivity and adherence to company standards
• Streamline billing operations and improve revenue cycle management
• Generate reports to support strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with the finance team to resolve any billing discrepancies or payment issues

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of billing experience, 2 years in a managerial role
• Strong background in healthcare billing or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree
• Expertise in billing processes, revenue cycle management, and invoicing
• Supervisory and analytical skills
• Proficiency in billing software, Salesforce, and Accounting Seed
