Hoxton Circle is partnering with an expanding PE-backed home services business in search of a Controller to join their team in the Boise area. They're looking for an accomplished leader with a proven track record to take the business to the next level.

This newly created position will support the integration of this new acquisition and ensure the books are efficiently closed. Because you will be establishing new processes and scaling the function, no two days will be the same!!

The comp range is up to $180K+ bonus and reports into the office 4-5 dpw.

Ideal Candidate:

• At least 6 years of accounting experience
• At least 3 years at a privately held / PE-backed company
• Services / insurance-pay industries exp a plus
• Public accounting experience a huge plus
• FP&A experience nice to have
