Exciting Opportunity: Controller
Are you a seasoned accounting professional with a flair for managing month-end processes and a knack for office management? We’re looking for a Controller to join our dynamic team!
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily accounting functions and manage month-end processes.
- Develop and maintain cost accounting practices.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
- Handle some HR duties and general office management.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: $130,000 - $150,000 per year

What You Bring:
- BA in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of managerial accounting experience
- Expertise in managing month-end and WIP, with construction industry experience
- Strong skills in creating and managing spreadsheets and conducting analysis
- Experience with HR (specifically prevailing wage) and office management
- Proficiency in Timberline/Sage
