Controller | Mesa, AZ (Hybrid: 3 Days In-Office)
Are you an ambitious and strategic accounting leader looking for your next challenge? We’re seeking a Controller to join a rapidly growing organization in Mesa, AZ. This is a high-impact role where you’ll drive financial leadership, streamline processes, and be a key partner to the CFO as the company scales.
What You’ll Do:
Lead financial reporting, analysis, and month-end close
Oversee tax compliance, risk assessment, and cost accounting
Optimize accounting processes, internal controls, and technology adoption
Manage and develop a high-performing accounting team
Partner with executive leadership to drive strategic growth
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s in Accounting (CPA required)
8-12 years of progressive accounting experience with team leadership
Expertise in multi-entity financials, budgeting, and job costing
NetSuite experience preferred; Solomon a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset
