We're partnering with an exciting healthcare company on a Director of FP&A search. This company has experienced strong growth, both organic and inorganic, over the last few years and is looking to continue growing its platform while enabling the doctors within the network to do their best work and improve patients' lives.

This role will provide you with tremendous exposure, reporting to a high caliber finance leader and partnering with stakeholders at all levels across the business. Your focus will be on maximizing the potential of the platform, conducting strategic analysis, leading planning activities, building and developing dashboards, identifying areas to eliminate duplication and unnecessary costs, and providing business leaders with the data needed to drive decision making and accelerate growth.

About you:

• 7+ years of progressive finance experience
• Background in investment banking, private equity or management consulting
• Advanced modeling skills
• Top tier business partner who can use finance to drive the business forward
• Ability to execute in a fast paced and changing environment
