A philanthropic foundation is in search of a Director of Project Management to support their Head of Tax. In this newly created role, you’ll provide leverage to the entire Tax team as they work through risk identification, budget management, synthesizing project status and metrics, workflow management, tracking shared goals and more. You’ll also closely partner with other leaders, stakeholders and teams within the foundation to ensure success and transparency on upcoming initiatives and as a way to enhance operations and efficiencies across the team.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple projects or processes simultaneously, working in tandem with a variety of stakeholders. You’ll also have the innate ability to operate from a big-picture/goal-oriented perspective, with the attention to detail in order to drill down to manage tactics and deliverables. Tax/estate planning experience is not required.
Note this opportunity requires you to work a minimum of 3 days per week in office.
