We have a rapidly growing IT services client dedicated to delivering innovative technology solutions to their clients. They are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with 7-12 years of experience and strong P&L management exposure. This role is critical in driving their financial strategy, overseeing business performance, and supporting our leadership team with data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the full profit and loss (P&L) statement for business units or the overall organization.
- Analyze revenue streams, cost structures, and profitability to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
- Partner with leadership to align financial performance with strategic objectives.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
- Conduct variance analysis to explain performance gaps and propose corrective actions.
- Develop and present financial models to support decision-making for new business initiatives.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with detailed analysis.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards.
- Manage audits and relationships with external stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditures.
- Evaluate operational efficiency and recommend process improvements.
- Implement and optimize financial systems to support scalability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
- 7-12 years of progressive finance experience, including substantial P&L exposure in IT services, technology, or similar industries.
- Proven ability to drive financial performance and profitability.
- Advanced proficiency with financial modeling, ERP systems, and reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial planning, and operational finance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to present complex financial data to senior leadership.
- Experience working in a high-growth or dynamic environment preferred.
