Hoxton Circle has partnered with a return client to hire an Executive Assistant for a set term in the NYC offices for the client. The role will last roughly 3-4 months with possible extension depending on performance. Medical benefits and sick pay are available during the contracted set term.
Duties:
- Calendar management: Ensuring the executive is set up for success by managing their calendar, including scheduling meetings and tasks
- Communications management: Acting as a gatekeeper for incoming communications, such as answering phone calls and taking messages
- Keeping confidential information: Handling sensitive information about the executive or clients
- Document preparation: Performing administrative tasks such as compiling receipts, recording travel expenses, and maintaining a timecard
- Meeting coordination: Preparing meetings to ensure they are a productive use of time
- Travel arrangements: Making travel arrangements for out of town events
- Organizing reports and documents: Reviewing reports and organizing documents
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience working in Executive Assistant role.
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite (emphasis on Excel)
