We are closely partnered with a multi-strategy private investment firm is actively expanding their FP&A team, seeking a Senior Associate, Strategic Finance to join their growing organization. Position in the corporate finance department, the ideal Strategic Finance candidate will be an instrumental addition to the headquarter office and within the portfolio, servicing analytics and strategic insights to help with decisions and business growth initiatives. Our client has offices nationwide and is expanding into a global presence, giving this seat a unique opportunity to be an influential member of the team and have ample opportunity for long-term growth!

Requirements:

• 2+ years of progressive FP&A experience in high-performing and rapidly growing businesses
• 1+ years’ experience as a Business Partner, working closely with senior leadership and business unit managers

Preferred Skills:

• Investment Banking experience ideal, but will consider PE/VC firm experience, actively working as a financial consultant or coming from corporate organizations with multiple entities or business units
• Working on complex intercompany positions and monitoring various projects across organization
