Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics to provide actionable insights to management.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
- Conduct variance analysis between actuals and forecasts, identifying key drivers and areas of improvement.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data, support decision-making, and improve financial processes.
- Develop financial models to assess business scenarios and provide recommendations on cost-saving opportunities.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes by ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Participate in ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required by management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, preferably within consumer services or a related industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and develop actionable insights.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial reporting software (e.g., ERP systems, Power BI).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly.
