We have a client seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data, developing reports, and providing insights that will drive key business decisions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics to provide actionable insights to management.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
  • Conduct variance analysis between actuals and forecasts, identifying key drivers and areas of improvement.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data, support decision-making, and improve financial processes.
  • Develop financial models to assess business scenarios and provide recommendations on cost-saving opportunities.
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing processes by ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • Participate in ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required by management.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track financial metrics that impact business operations.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, preferably within consumer services or a related industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and develop actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial reporting software (e.g., ERP systems, Power BI).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, growing environment.
