We are seeking a talented IT Solutions Manager with expertise in Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing and managing ERP solutions, with a focus on Dynamics 365 BC. As the IT Solutions Manager, you will play a key role in leading our clients through the implementation process, customizing solutions to meet their unique business needs, and providing ongoing support and maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) solutions for our clients, from requirements gathering and analysis to configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, and recommend customized solutions to optimize efficiency and performance.
- Configure Dynamics 365 BC modules, including finance, sales, purchasing, inventory, and manufacturing, to meet client specifications.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, user manuals, and training materials, to support the implementation and ongoing use of Dynamics 365 BC.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Dynamics 365 BC.
- Manage ongoing support and maintenance activities, including troubleshooting issues, implementing system updates and enhancements, and monitoring system performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to ERP solutions and Dynamics 365 BC, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in IT solutions management, with a focus on ERP systems and Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC).
- Proven experience leading end-to-end implementations of Dynamics 365 BC, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Strong understanding of ERP concepts and best practices, with knowledge of finance, sales, purchasing, inventory, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience customizing Dynamics 365 BC through extensions, workflows, and integrations with other systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Certifications in Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or other relevant technologies are a plus.
