A leading real estate firm is seeking an Office Manager on a direct hire basis. The Office Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting the day-to-day activities of the real estate team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing administrative tasks, managing office supplies, coordinating schedules, and ensuring a professional office environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative assistance to senior management and the real estate team, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and preparing documents.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and contractors. Handle inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain and organize files, contracts, leases, and other important documents, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
  • meetings, appointments, and property tours for executives and agents. Ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Assist with property management and leasing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and communication between teams is seamless.
  • Maintain office software and technology systems.
  • Coordinate internal and external events, such as team meetings, client presentations, and company functions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
  • 3+ years of office management or administrative experience, ideally within either residential or commercial real estate.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
