Hoxton Circle is partnering with a Commercial Real Estate office in search for a stellar Office Manager to support the SVP of Investments and relationship development team in a friendly office environment. The Office Manager will execute detailed organization of property data packets, with direct exposure to sellers, buyers, escrow and title.

This position offers an incredible opportunity for individuals interested in learning the functions behind commercial real estate investment structures, asset classes, business development, with an eye on growing within an incredible institution.

Working “in the trenches” alongside a highly awarded team, this role requires prior experience in Office or Operations management, and enthusiasm for ensuring the office is running smoothly during all hours, comfortably executing in-office 5 days per week.

Main responsibilities involve:

  • Preparation of property data packets
  • Compliance of each transaction
  • Office maintenance & inventory management
  • Coordinating internal and external interactions with the office, including digital communication and scheduling
  • Ad hoc assistance for VP of Investments
  • Completing checklists with escrow and title

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Solid experience working in office administration/management
  • Experience or strong desire to work alongside real estate professionals
  • Office software experience
  • Detailed organization and effective communication
  • Excel proficiency, strong functional usage of MS Suites
