Position Summary:

The Regional Finance Manager will oversee financial operations across the Southeast region, ensuring the accurate and timely reporting of financial performance. This role will partner with regional leadership to drive financial strategy, optimize profitability, and maintain cost efficiency across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced industrial or services environment, providing both strategic and operational financial leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) for the region, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to regional and corporate leadership.
  • Oversee cost control measures, identify operational efficiencies, and recommend process improvements.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to analyze project performance and profitability.
  • Manage financial risks by ensuring compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate audits and assist with tax compliance for regional operations.
  • Lead the finance team within the region, providing mentorship, training, and performance management.
  • Support the integration of financial systems, controls, and processes following acquisitions or expansion into new markets.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop strategies to improve financial results.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the regional leadership team, providing insights on market trends, cost drivers, and financial risks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in finance or accounting
  • Prior experience in the industrial services, manufacturing, or construction industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
