Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee all WIP (Work in Progress) accounting, ensuring meticulous tracking and reporting of project costs, progress, and financial integrity.
• Provide hands-on leadership in maintaining office operations and managing the office team.
• Administer payroll, including handling prevailing wages, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements to guide data-driven decision-making and support company growth.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7+ years of accounting experience in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in WIP accounting, with the ability to accurately track and report project status and costs in a construction environment.
• Degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Experience in supporting HR functions and managing office operations.
