Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee all WIP (Work in Progress) accounting, ensuring meticulous tracking and reporting of project costs, progress, and financial integrity.
- Provide hands-on leadership in maintaining office operations and managing the office team.
- Administer payroll, including handling prevailing wages, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements to guide data-driven decision-making and support company growth.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7+ years of accounting experience in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in WIP accounting, with the ability to accurately track and report project status and costs in a construction environment.
- Degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Experience in supporting HR functions and managing office operations.
