A foundation is in search of a Senior HR Business Partner. In this newly-created role, you’ll work alongside and provide support to the HR Director on initiatives and projects as it relates to performance management, culture, succession planning, training and development, compensation and benefits, and diversity/equity/inclusion. You’ll partner with the organization’s executive team to transfer organizational goals/vision into hiring initiatives and help funnel through to the recruiting lifecycle, onboarding process, and more. You’ll be given the autonomy to build, create and make a direct and immediate impact.
Note this opportunity requires you to work a minimum of 3 days per week in office.
