We are closely partnered with a multi-strategy private investment firm is actively expanding their FP&A team, seeking two professionals to join their rapidly expanding corporate strategic finance team! Ideally seeking an Associate and a Senior Associate, Strategic Finance to join their growing organization, the ideal Strategic Finance candidates will be an instrumental addition to the headquarter office and within the portfolio, servicing analytics and strategic insights to help with decisions and business growth initiatives. Our client has offices nationwide and is expanding into a global presence, giving this seat a unique opportunity to be an influential member of the team and have ample opportunity for long-term growth!

Requirements:

• 2+ years of progressive FP&A experience in high-performing and rapidly growing businesses
• 1+ years’ experience as a Business Partner, working closely with senior leadership and business unit managers
• 3-statement financial modeling and forecasting
• Extensive experience with building financial models from scratch and utilizing ad hoc reporting in strategic business initiatives

Preferred Skills:

• Investment Banking experience ideal, but will consider PE/VC firm experience, actively working as a financial consultant or coming from corporate organizations with multiple entities or business units
• Working on complex intercompany positions and monitoring various projects across organization
• Experience with M&A transactions
